What's Up Phoenix

Terms of use

Last updated

These terms apply when you use WhatsUpPhoenix. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. How we handle your information is in the privacy policy.

The listings

We gather events from public sources: venues, organizers and ticket sellers. We work to keep them accurate, but dates, times, prices and details can change or be wrong. Check with the organizer before you go. We don't organize the events or sell tickets; when you buy a ticket or follow a link, you deal with that site, under its own terms.

Event names, descriptions and photos belong to their owners. If you own something listed here and want it changed or removed, email hello@example.com; we'll look at it within a few days.

Your account

  • An account is free and for one person. You must be 13 or older.
  • Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
  • We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

Using the site fairly

Please don't:

  • try to break into the site, other people's accounts or our systems;
  • send automated traffic that slows the site down, or make accounts automatically;
  • copy the site wholesale or present it as your own.

The site's name, logo and design are ours; please don't use them in a way that suggests we're connected with you.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is, without guarantees of any kind. It may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. As far as the law allows, WhatsUpPhoenix is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its listings, including events that change, are cancelled or don't meet your expectations.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept it. For a change that matters, we'll also tell account holders by email.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
